Quick View: Innovation isn’t easy. It takes invention, commercialization, and cross-functional talent. “Innovators” are teams, businesses, or companies - not individuals. Innovators seldom have all required team members on staff, so they outsource some steps to other businesses. That is, most innovators employ in-house talent and contract resources. InnoSearch helps keep innovation jobs in Colorado. We call it Instate Outsourcing™. If outsourcers and contractors work together through InnoSearch, we can create hundreds of instate business opportunities every year while also developing a cohesive regional Community of Innovation.
